How much money can I get advanced?
Cash advances range from a minimum of $500 to a maximum
of $50,000. Each lawsuit is evaluated differently and proposed
per offer. The majority of our advances include a one-time pay-
ment to you with a one-time payment for repayment. In the event
that a case is expected to sustain a long duration, we may pro-
vide monthly subsistence payments.
Do I have to repay the money if I lose?
No. There is no recourse against you and we will not try to collect
the money from you. Once we advance cash it is yours to keep.
Can I really get money before my settlement?
Yes, we literally advance you against your future settlement pro-
ceeds of your case. We provide you money now in exchange for
a secured amount of any settlement or judgment that is awarded
from the litigation.
How long does it take to get my money?
Normally within 24 hours once we receive the information we
need from you and your attorney.
Why doesn't my attorney just advance me money?
The American Bar Association does not allow attorneys to
advance money to their clients. Attorney's can only advance
money for direct case expenses. This allows for protectio
for you and your attorney.
